Dr. Ron S. Lewis is the founder of Lewis Way Leadership and a seasoned educator, consultant, and facilitator with over a decade of experience in leadership development. He holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership from Indiana Tech and an MBA from the University of Saint Francis. Currently serving as a professor in the School of Business at the University of Saint Francis, Dr. Lewis blends academic insight with real-world leadership strategies to equip individuals and organizations for transformational growth. His work focuses on helping people lead with ownership, authenticity, and purpose—both in the workplace and beyond.
